Firecracker Chicken or Shrimp is spicy!

Sichuan (or Mongolian) Hot Pot is really spicy, the longer it simmers... the spicier it becomes.

It consists of a simmering pot of stock at the center of the dining table. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Typically the stock is simmered with lots of whole dried Sichuan peppers.
As the stock continues to simmer, the soup becomes more spicy.

Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, wontons, egg dumplings, and seafood. The cooked food is usually eaten with a dipping sauce. In many areas, hot pot meals are often eaten in the winter.

Here are some really good Chinese dishes in my opinion:
"Tang cu li ji" - like sweet and sour chicken/pork
"Gong bao ji ding" - a mixture of chicken nuts and some veggies with some nice sauce
"Di san xian" (only without the eggplant though) - potatoes and green peppers with a rich tasty sauce

There are many many more.. you can find out more on my website's forum which has some English speaking Chinese. :)
