Will diet and walking will help to lower it. If anybody knows please answer my question

I read an article in Woman's World magazine once that said pomegranites or the juice of pomegranites will lower cholesterol....i tried it and really worked...good luck
p.s. a well balanced diet will help too

I have been taking Fish Oil and within 9 months, I lowered it by 90 points. I also eat oatmeal 3 or 4 times a week for breakfast.

WHY would you WANT to lower it?

Do you want to die sooner?

Main thing is to get your HDL up,

I moved my HDL from 34 to 73 in a year by eating whole grain cereals and bread
