for dry hair i suggest that before showers u massage your scalp with coconut oil. dry skin moisturize every day and also rub in some petroleum jelly on the dry spots. pimples are also sometimes cause by gettin too hot from the inside so my advice dont eat too many eggs, mangoes, etc. eat more cucumbers etc.if u do eat an egg or something like that then i suggest that u have a cucumber or milkshake with it.drink lots of water too. hope this helps

Because coconut oil is very very high in SATURATED FAT.....and usually food that is cooked in coconut oil is also high in saturated fat..........saturated fat is bad fat.......very bad........too much of it in your body.....over time can start to clog your arteries.........which restricts blood flow around the body and too the heart which leads to heart problems, heart disease, heart attacks??>.......and too much saturated fat causes obesity which has a whole range of health problems with it as well.......it is best to eat healthy benefical fats like polyunsaturated and monounsaturated which is in olive oil, nuts, fish, avocados.....these fats help to take this bad fat away from your arteries......and back to the liver where it is used........these fats also help to protect you heart..........so i would not eat anything cooked in those fats coconut, palm oil, i would just have things with olive oil.........

coconut oil is saturated fat. makes it harder to be broken down due to its chemical structure. unsaturated fat on the other hand has a kink in its structure rendering it easier to be broken down.
