can it take time ? then all of the sudden come off !! i was going to give up , been doing it for 2 weeks first week lost a couple of pound , scond week nothing ? i may try it for one more week ? any advice?

It does take time and sometimes you don't lose anything and sometimes you lose several pounds at once. Just stick with it and be patient.

It takes years of eating wrong foods or too much fatty food to put the weight on in the first place so it will take more than a couple of weeks to try to lose it but as long as the diet is healthy and you are exercising and sincere you will lose be patient---- only weigh once a week--- taking measurement of the area below the waist where the largest part is can also give you an indication if you are on the right track so good luck it's not easy but will become less traumatic over time

Give up on scales!! They are not a good indicator of fat loss. Did u know that muscle weighs 3 times more than fat - so if you are exercising and gaining muscle as well as losing fat then your weight might be the same but you will look 10 times better!!
Just stay on track and dont get too obsessive about losing weight fast - if you are eating healthy and exercising then you will feel good about yourself which is an achievement in itself. Then within a few months you will notice big differences about your body!

You need to diet more than two weeks. And don't forget exercise. If you exercise using weight-bearing activities as well as aerobic exercie, you will lose inches but not weight since
you will gain muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat.
