Everything was working fine until yesterday when youtube says i either hav java turned off or need the latest version of flash player. I've since installed flash player a million times and still not working. Where do I find java settings?

Download and run the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller.

then install

go to add/remove progs and delete your old version of flash. Then just google it and install from there, it is a common bug at the moment.
