have any of you guys felt like proposing your love to someone or are you scared of commitment?

scared of commitment? of course we are. it is us losing our freedom as we see it. I know it is not true but it still goes through our mind. we are scared of all the things that can go wrong. we are scared of what can happen or how much it will hurt to watch them go wrong or get hurt. most men and most women have gotten hurt we just see no real reason to get married a commitment is almost marriage. close enough to make us sweat anyway. we hear all the stories many of them true. about how a woman in a marriage changes. we also hear all the horror stories and see the results of all these marriages that didn't work out. the woman living in the house paying 3/4 of our paycheck to support her as we live in a crappy apartment even though she doesn't have kids from you. her keeping almost everything and leaving him with very little.
I know this is a worst case scenario but you would be amazed how often and how much it is true. that is why I say get a pre-nup. then we feel better anyway. as far as the commitment as well we often commit but never declare it. we may stop dating around and only date you but still never say it.
we are sometimes afraid of what you may do with that knowledge after all we said it usually to someone before and they ripped our guts and heart out already when we said it. maybe in mild cases they just got real demanding as well as disrespectful saying as many women say when they are young "I have him wrapped around my finger and can make him dance" which we hate.

I have proposed and i'm not scared of commitment!! It all depends on you...if ur scared of commitment then dont fall in love! and if u do then dont be scared to commit....and if u still are scared then u have not fallen in true love!!!
