i would go for a mocha or a chocolate brown,or even a rustic pink with the chocolate, add colour by picture frames, rug, curtains, candles vases etc, sometimes you do notneed to paint as this gets on my nerves as im forever changing my mind i find changing cushions, curtains etc and adding splashes of colur is enough for any room to look different that way not so much hassle when want a new look.i would stick with the cream you have got but thats what i do and my opinion.good luck anyway whatever you choose.xx

It depends a lot on what colors of other furniture you have in there. I like the chocolate brown idea but I also like a charcoal color, the red, or the sage green but I would figure out first what color I was going to be using the most to decorate with and go from there like chairs, blankets, and pictures and then decide what color you have in all of those that you like.

Find the Dulux/ICI web site that will give you combinations based on your initial choices and you can bring up rooms painted in the colours you choose to see how it looks. I haven't used this facility for about 6 years but it used to be good.

best idea would be to go down to a paint shop like Homebase or B&Q and go to the Dulux aisle. They have a selection of paint cards you can put together and see what inspires you to say "That's the one!"

Try a nice lime green! Acent with lots of bamboo accessories and plants in rattan baskets!

Enjoy!

a darkish brown colour would look good, but i'd put up a lighter coloured picture in a light frame so it's not too harsh.

i would go to any hardware store (perhaps try B&Q) and try their paint colour matching service... you could pick up the colour cards yourself and do the matching... that would be a safer option than asking on Yahoo as you would be the only one to know the exact shade of your walls.... try the following link:

I would find a rich wallpaper possibly deep purple, pattern in a contemporary print.
