his my boyfriend for 3 years and now we re seperated. I really miss him so much but I'm afraid to go back to our past. Now I don't know what to do. I can't help myself to cry. god knows how much I miss him but I don't know what to do.

i really know what u r feeling coz i am passing through this these days too that's y when i read ur question i felt u r talking about me....so i know how it's hard to deal with this new life without the one u love ..look take ur time and cry whenever u want coz crying will calm u but try to control urself as much as u can coz no one will help u only urself can get u out of this really ..all the talking in this subject is useless and cant help i really feel that i m living the worst days in my life and i should treat him as a normal friend which is so hard..anyway i just want u to know that all what u feel is normal u must go through all this pain but all what we can do is to make the time of this pain as short as u can...and take care

I've been with this situation before and i thought i cant cope with it, I got sick,depressed,lonely and attempt to suicide. But since im dating someone i'd realise how much my life is important. Not only happen once but many times the only answer of broken heart is to forget the past and face the new you..........

Let those memories with him be good ones....think of them and smile...cos those wer the good times.....and this way he will stay in ur memories but u shudnt cling to the past...come out of it....who knows he might not even remeber you...or whtsoever....jus move on in life and wait for ur Mr>right...Keep smiling :)
