This question is more a reaction to the inane 'why are atheists in this section' questions that flood this forum at times. Like the wagers and the monkeys.

This has got to be the funniest question ever asked on R&S.
R&S stands for Religion and Spirtuality and here you been claiming an education. So why do you ask questions or post answers? After all you seem to be so much better then us, why stoop to our level?
Since the beginning of recorded history, there have been people that thought they were smarter then God. And for that matter smarter then all other people. And if this forum was set in, say, 1300AD, you would be telling us that the earth is flat. After all that was taught as fact until well into the 1500's.
God does have all the answers. But first one must listen.

Well, the other person's question does make sense. Why would an atheist, who doesn't believe in a god be in a religion and spirituality forum? That would be like me, someone who doesn't like to cook going to food forum and answering questions about recipes.
As for your question though, God does have all the answers. Christians don't. It's not like God fills us in on every little detail while we're here on earth.

Perhaps they think that he's speaking through them in an effort to save the souls of all the atheists and christians of a different brand to themselves.

God has all the answers but Christians dont have the patience to sit down and talk to Him.
So they make up all the answers on cue along the way. Probe further and you are threatened with eternal damnation.

Thats why He had the Bible written for us.
for us to study and LEARN the answers.

Because God gives answers, sometimes, to only one person and the responsibility for that person to spread the word.
