Congratulations on the three months as well!!
Know where you're at stopped at the beginning of October and really felt something missing.
Smoking becomes part of one's identity and all too often this side of smoking is neglected when stopping. With the increasing concentration on smoking issues in public this aspect of identity is strengthened.
Several ways to deal with it. Arrange to talk to someone local GP's surgery may be able to arrange this. My experience of of talking to health visitor was that she was not judgemental re smoking; did not tell me it would be easy and was interested in my experience. She also told me to keep thinking of my self as a non smoker (not an ex smoker). This really helped
Find new interests the health brigade will suggest exercise you need to find something which you enjoy.
From personal experience check with GP there is not something else going on. When I stopped it co-incided with me starting to drink an increased amount of water. I assumed this was because I was using drinking as a replacement for nicotine 5 months down the line discovered I had diabetes. There was no relation between the two of them. In fact on reflection other diabetic symptons had started before.
However when you stop alot of the time is spent thinking I am not smoking, I am trying to not smoke, I would normally smoke now etc. So you look at the world through a pair of not smoking tinted glasses. You need to get those off and replace with a number of things you are looking forward to.
Three months you also deserve to reward yourself!!!
Good luck have fun!!

I've never ever ever ever smoked before, but you'll probably get used to it after a while. Did you know that cigarrettes have toilet polish in them? and a whole bunch of polish and stuff, and gross stuff. That grosses me out (especially the toilet polish), and so I know i will NEVER smoke. Not even from peer pressure or to look cool. Plus, it gives you wrinkles and your teeth and nails turn yellow AND you smell bad. Eesh
Well, Good luck.

Find other ways to be happy. Go out and cycle 5 miles and then think it over again, what sort of thing might make you happy. (More blood to the brain)
