I know ya dont want to hear this but cardio workouts are the only bet... My sister is a personal trainer she knows her stuff...

You can NOT spot treat your fat. When you do cardio you loose fat equally all over, there is no such thing as JUST loosing thigh weight, or targeting the fat in the thights, unless you get lipo.

You can however, train the thigh muscles to make the thigh look more compact. However the fat comes off uniformely, not just form the spot you train.

Best way is like cycling, Walking, jogging or Running..

Sit-ups or even you try sit-ups with an amount of weight on your shoulders..

Sit-ups will give you a good shape and will reduce unwanted fats and muscles in your thighs..

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
