Well perhaps u have cracked or even broken ure nose...I recommend going to ure Doctor right away...u don't want any further complications with that...

Just simply put ice pad on it and it will help with swelling take pain killers like panadol 1 gm if you are over 50 kg 6 hourly not more than 4 grams/day for two days, meanwhile be carefull not to hurt your nose again. After two days if still hurting and swallon then goto doctor. spartan

See a doctor. If possible he/she should pack it, after draining, so as to avoid deflected septum.
I hope it is not too late for the procedure, otherwise an operation and more elaborate procedure is in order.

surprising it is not red in color,anyways do not fiddle give rest,take analgesics.if does not subside in a week go to maxillo-facial surgeon.
