I have these weird pimples in my pubic area?

These whiteish grey pimples keep coming up on my pubic are and they have a black dot in the middle. Some are bigger, one is pink and they get a red scar on top sometime and when they touch my clothing they really hurt. PLEASE HELP!

apply after shave lotion. It heals in one week. Do not scratch it.
