Well since I procrastinate I end up staying up late into the night. I have figured out a plan to not procrastinate tomorrow, but it is 2:46 AM! I have to get up @ 6:30 AM. How do I stay awake during the day?

The sublingual form of B-12 is absorbed through the blood vessels under the tongue and in the cheeks allowing it to bypass digestion and quickly enter into the blood stream.

Vitamin B12 studies show that sublingual B12, B6 & Folic Acid is readily absorbed in the bloodstream, raising blood levels on average by 90%. B12 that is taken orally, not sublingually, only increases blood levels by 1.2%.

and if you can't do that go to your doctor and tell him you need some sleeping pills.. but make sure that a doctor give you the right once don't just buy the once from over the counter.. i don't trust them so just go to your doctor..
