If read yes. And if a person doesnt sleep for atleast three days they will die. Why is this?

Sleep depravation is not good for you, your body will become exhausted, this was one of the tortures by Nazies during WW11, to try to break prisoners down so they would talk, I don't think you would actually die because the body would have a way to shut you down so you would get some sleep, you would not die after only three days, you would be extremely tired and may collapse though.

a person will not die if he/she did not sleep just for 3 days.if the person did not sleep for atleast more than 2-3 weeks,the person may.this is because the person may not provide proper rest for all his parts if the person does not sleep.this will make some of his parts of the body to malfunction & the person may die.

People need sleep and they can die from no sleep. We learned this in health class when we were young. It is what helps your body regain its ability to continue. I think it went air water, sleep, food.

i dont think its true, but the person can get very tired and might need to go to the hospital to regain his strength and have a doctor aroung jst in case

i can vouch that it takes more than 3 days-ive had to do that before. if it does kill you it is a long process.
