No... it does not mean every activity is governed by God. It means every activity is monitored by God. He knows each and every aspect of your character, your actions, your motives, and your feelings. You cannot hide anything from him as you cannot hide anything from yourself.
Our Karma decides our fate, it decides the amount of joy, satisfaction in our life.
All the best...
:-)

As per Upanishads, all creation emanates as a part of Almighty God(Brahman) and it is sustained and annihilated. This cycle goes on for ever from time immemorial. Several yugas have gone. No body has recorded except that the length of kaliyug is 432000 years. If you read the Bhagavat Purana you will wonder about the magnanimity of creation. With our limited intelligence and mind we can never understand God, but we can enjoy His Love and Grace. Since all is part of Brahman, you and I also are parts only. Karma has been prescribed in this world for emancipation of the soul which is imprisoned in the individual. Even Shri Krishna performed work in the form of Charioteer to the warrior Arjun. Then why should not we?

We are the instruments through which God is performing its activities.
Like an enjoyable puppet show , where the puppets come to life and does its part , as desired by the puppeteer. But without the puppets , there is no show at all!
Similarly, we are doing our part , so the show goes on. This is the mystery and the myth of living. Just as a flower blossoms and beautifies the surroundings , so are we making this world a wonderful place to survive and thrive.

that makes me think of this concept i heard about somewhere called Universal Consciousness, which said that the universe, or the infinite, which is God, becomes aware of itself through existence, every existence possible... it makes me wonder if the Infinite is walking in each of our shoes, viewing with our eyes, and consuming every aspect there is to be experienced in life as we live them out... or in fact, if we are pieces of the puzzle that when unified depicts Infinity... but if God is everything, and everything defines infinity, than all possiblities of thought process in answering this question would be correct, no matter how much they differed... and then hopefully the mind comes to rest at a point well stated by the Lord Sri Krishna, otherwise we'd drive ourselves nuts

You are actually two- in- one. One is, you the body, and the other is, you the soul.
Whatever actions you do physically are for physical needs and God has no concern for those. The actions you do by your heart are the actions which please or diplease your soul, and it is the soul with which Krishn is concerned.
That is the reason , heart is the most important instrument that we have. Soul is not the instrument, it is the recipient of our heart's actions.
And that is the reason, Krishn tells us to give our hearts to Him. When you give your heart to Him, he knows that automatically your soul will be happy.
He is not concerned with our body actions. You may or may not go to a temple. You may be practicing this religion or that as a ritual. These have nothing to do with Him.

i'm no longer non secular, yet I do have heavy sociological / anthropological heritage. in case you sense the opt for to "worry" your God, then that is because you sense liable for some thing, or you opt for to sense victimized. maximum human beings do not worry their God. They love their God. God is like the perfect chief. As Machiavelli stated, a superior chief should be both loved and feared. If he's only loved, then human beings will nonetheless do what they opt for antagonistic to his desires at cases. If he's only feared, then they received't love their personal lives, purely doing what he needs out of worry of ramifications. in the adventure that they love and worry him, then they'll do what he needs out of love and respect first, and out of worry second. enable me attempt to apply a unique analogy for God... God, in maximum peoples' eyes, is form of a superior determine. a superior determine makes use of two elements love and a million area discipline to be sure human beings lead a superior existence. a million area love is unconditional. God loves you unconditionally, because you're his creation. (only as a determine loves their newborn unconditionally). a million area love is for efficient reinforcement. God shows you want to reward your solid habit. it really is what maximum human beings call "advantages", "miracles", etc. mothers and fathers do an same with them little ones; provide them hugs at the same time as they succeed. a million area discipline is used for detrimental reinforcement. God punishes human beings at the same time as they have been undesirable. mothers and fathers do an same to little ones. Now, maximum human beings will follow a Godly existence because they respect and love God by way of at least a million area unconditional love, and a million area efficient reinforcement. If that would not artwork then they worry the a million area discipline. besides the indisputable fact that, what's "blessing" and "punishment" from God is subjective. different religions, or maybe persons, may even see some thing as a blessing at the same time as others see it as a curse. each person can see in spite of they opt for into some thing. at the same time as a mom hugs a newborn, that is extraordinarily tangible that that's a hug. yet, at the same time as someone well-knownshows $5 on the line is that a blessing? What if it only helps them to do some thing undesirable? i imagine the extra valuable thanks to seem at God is that he supplies human beings possibilities. The $5 is a large gamble. How the guy chooses to apply that chance dictates no matter if that's a "blessing" or "curse".

Internet is not a proper place for subjecting our religious books on acid test...
followers of other religions do not do it to their religious books... they would rather fight against any body who attempt to criticise anything connected to their religion...
