It's supposed to be more healthy than still water, but only if u get it from a natural underground source. It has an acquired taste though, u either love it or u hate it. Personally, I hate it, but that's just my opinion, u'd have to try it and make up ur own mind.
When it comes out of the ground it isn't fizzy. There is a place in New Zealand called Te Aroha, (translated 'The Love') where they have soda water wells everywhere!
Most soda water is just carbonated, but true soda water is supposed to be very beneficial to ur health.

Yes and no, yes because it is water so good for hydrating your body (so yes, very good for skin as well as general health) and no because of the carbonation, which depletes calcium stores, as well as often a cause of gas and heartburn.

Of course it is better than other beverages, however best will always be water, plain, simple and healthy – if you have a problem drinking just plain water then try adding lemon juice.

Also bare in mind that water when drunk with meals, as with any beverage, will dilute stomach acids reducing efficiency of the digestive system. A lot of people instantly think water equates to healthy, which is totally true, just a matter of being aware room-temperature water sipped through the day beats a gallon of ice water chucked down your throat with a meal.

No because soda water is carbonated and can cause digestive problems. It also has sodium. Stick w/ still water.

Just as good and you tend to drink more which is also good for you. The small amount of sodium in it is negligible as you need some sodium in you diet otherwise you wouldn't need salt
