is this a good credit card too have they offer $3000.00 for those people with bad credit that would be me

Remeber its not like other credit cards.It can be used only on their site and its not VISA etc...
Also it charge lot of fees monthly.

I believe the Horizon Gold Card is a company that issues credi to buy merchandise out of there catalog, but I'm not sure. Watch out for these, because their merchandise is a rip off. Also, I would watch out for offers that require you to pay a up front fee just to receive the card
I have listed a site below that has a list of credit card companies that issue credit to people with bad to no credit history. They have a summary of each card and contain both secured and unsecured cards for your situation.

There are alot of scams in the sub prime credit card industry. Most are filled with fees. Avoid cards such as prepaid and catalog cards. They do nothing to help you build your credit.
Avoid First Premier, Continnental Finance, Image, Total Visa, Rewards 660, and Tribute. These cards are total ripoffs.
