I took my Daughter off of the bottle at 11 months, and she did fine. She will fuss a little at first but she will get over it.

If only it were that simple. Most people take the bottle around age one. Sometimes it is easy for the child to give it up, sometimes it is hard. My son stopped taking a bottle on his own at 10 months. The little girl I babysit is 19 months old and just gave hers up last week. And what a rough week it was.
If you have any trouble with your daughter try this simple trick. Each time she takes a bottle start replacing the milk with water. In an 8oz. bottle put 2 oz. of water and 6 oz. of milk. The next time put 4 oz. of water and 4 oz. of milk. Next time put 6 oz. of water and 2 oz. milk. Usually by this time the child doesn't want the bottle any more if they see they will get milk in a cup.
Don't make the mistake of just trading a bottle for a sippy cup. There's really not much difference. It's better to use just a simple cup with a lid during meals. Save the sippy cup for when you go out somewhere. When she's thirsty between meals give her water instead of milk. She'll be broke from the bottle in no time.

I still give both my kids at least one beaker of milk a day, either in the morning or at night. At 1 I stopped letting them use a bottle and started them with beakers, and the drink before bed is given downstairs. Hope it helps. Good luck :-)

Switch her to a sippy cup and throw the bottles in the trash.
Once she sees there's no more bottles - she'll have no other choice but to drink from the sippy cups.

YOU WILL NEED TO TRANSITION INTO IT AND IT WILL TAKE A WHILE FOR YOUR BABY TO GET OVER USING A BOTTLE... TRY TO MAKE IT AS STRESS FREE AS POSSILBE OR HE WILL WANT TO HANG ON TO THAT BOTTLE EVEN MORE.
