Without knowing where you are from or hwo well you want to learn the language, I suggest reading online English newspapers. I know ones like the New York Times require a subscription and cost money, but I also know for free www.unison.ie will get you free Irish newspapers if you sign up. Spend an hour a day reading an English language newspaper and your English ability will grow. One good thing about papers is you know they are in proper grammer and spelling. Granted American Enlish has some different spellings from English used elsewhere, but it will really help you. I used that method to help my German in college. Also try reading news sites like the BBC, CNN and such. News sites, papers and the like proof read over and over so you can be sure you're getting the proper way to speak a language.
By the way, since you are trying to learn, your title should have been I want to be able to speak English well. Good speech of English is incorrect. With the level of command of the language I can see you have though, papers shouldn't be too hard for you though. Good luck. I'm a native speaker, but I hear it is one of the hardest languages to learn, though you are doing very well so far!

Take classes, classes, and more classes. Either that or make a good effort to use more English instead of your first language when your talking to family and friends.
