Icecream is called that because its full of cream and I've never heard of fatfree cream. Any cream I've consumed made me fatter. So what gives?

ice cream is just a simple way of describing a frozen milk product. --- probably best not to consume at all as high sugar content as well ---especially as it tastes so delicious----makes you wonder how anything that tastes so good can be not good for you. However it is an established fact anything that has lots of fat is not good and anything that has lots of sugar also not good.......

They have fat free ice cream. It may not technically be ice "cream" but the difference is negligable, although they do taste somewhat different. Kind of like diet soda.

Google "fat free ice cream" You may instead what "reduced fat" ice cream if it is not an extreme need to totally fat free, they taste better and are easier to find.
