So last week I told this girl I like[text] (whom I have told my feeling to, but said just wanna be friends) that I would show her a draft of a school publication that I am working on. However, today I failed to give her directly bcos I was too nervous around her and she was always with her friends. Should I text her today to aplogise and promise to put under her desk tomorrow? What should I say and how should I give her? Cmon, I am far too nervous around her!!

I think you should probably get a hold of yourself first and foremost before you go into a panic attack. It seems like you are going to try to go out of your way to impress her, trying to get her to like you back, even if she's already expressed her disinterest. She is not your priority. YOU are and if circumstances allowed the draft to be late, so be it. Yes, you can apologize, but don't overdo it because it's simply not that serious. And if she doesn't accept it, she can get over herself. Don't be nervous around her though because she could sense your vulnerability and use that to her advantage, if she's that type of person. But be good to yourself, just remember that and you'll be okay. :)

OK...first of all when you see her just go up and ask "can we talk privately?"....and then take her arm gently and walk away from the friends. Now you're alone and you can tell her anything you want and hand her the publication. Just tell her you would rather talk to her alone. I'm sure she would prefer that too. Then ask her where she would like to go to lunch this weekend and meet her there (you buy). That way you're alone and it's only lunch. You can get to know each other better. Talk to her about herself...not all about YOU. If you hit it off for a couple of hours for lunch, then you can ask for a date. At this point, it's only friends and lunch. Take it slow and easy and you won't be nervous anylonger. Godloveya.

Be cool, calm, and collected. You can do it, really!! She is only human, just like yourself ( and she gets nervous like that too, I'm sure). Go up to her (friends or not) and give her the draft. Say something like "Oh, I forogt to give you this!" with a smile. She will notice your courage if she hasn't already.

Ar well.. You must be a shy person.. if u sed u jus wanna b friends then it should be alrite to go near her.. Dont worry she wont bite.. jus try and boost up ur confidence...
