Avoid all cosmatics and use only baby soap and wash only twice or thrice a day and do not abuse it by washing frequently. Do not rub / squeeze / scratch the pimples. Drink plenty of water avoid fatty foods each lots of greens and vegetables and fruits and if necessary take vitamins also. Finally the most important thing forget about your pimples and stop worrying about it and everything would be alright in a few days.

Find a regime and do it twice a day. A mask once a week and exfoliate twice a week. Use a very hot clean wash cloth (heat in micro) to warm.. and put it on your face for a moment or two, repeat and then wash - (do this as often as you can once a day)

I think Arbonne makes the safest, purest most effective acne regime out there - it also makes a supplement to help fight acne from the inside out - and keep things clear.

You can try something like Noxzema or Physoderm (this one has a couple of different formulations) and both have a generic equivalent in most drug stores. If you are looking for a prescription way antibiotics can be one way but I would encourage seeing your dr to find out if a hormone imbalance could be causing this.

I have also found that taking a multi-vitamin has been helpful as well. I take prenatal vitamins that I buy over the counter at my local Wal-Mart and my dr said it was ok for me to take.

If you decide you want to try the prenatal vitamins ask your dr if it's ok for you to do.

pimples are a passing phase of puberty.
Just make sure you wash ur face at regular intervals and DONT at any cost pluck at them . . its the most stupid thing you can do. Friends of mine have permanent scars coz of doing that.
Dont worry they will be gone in sometime and you will have but a hazy memory of them.
honestly you dont need any prescription medicine . .
