i have no idea why but i weighed myself this morning and i have put on weight,just under a pound.??? why would this be i aint changed my diet still exersised and i weighed myself the same time as usuall so whats with the weight gain????

it is perfectly normal for the total bodyweight to fluctuate by several pounds. hydration levels, food intake, etc. are also factors.

don't be a slave to the scale, it can run your life
