I answered in another section (Asia Pacific) but here is a copy of that answer.
The IATA code of UI belongs to Eurocypria Airlines and they do not have a flight number 228.
However, if you are talking about UL, then Sri Lankan Airlines flight UL 228 lands in 2 airports on their daily flight schedule.
UL228 departs Kuwait Int'l airport (KWI) at 19:10 and lands in Dubai Int'l airport (DXB) at 21:45. Then after 1 hour on the ground at DXB, UL228 takes off at 22:45 and arrives in Colombo airport (CMB) at 04:45.
All departure and arrival times are local.

I agree, what is UI 228. I did a google search and didn't find anything aviation related.
