I cannot drive but when i do i plan on going to the local gym but how can i slim down by summer.

stationary bike, i was manager of a health club
i know this is the best way .set it in front of your TV if you want to.and ride for an hour are so a day
do half hour a day for two days to get your muscles toned up first.
No sweets and white flour products
eat right.
are put your feet up on a chair while laying down on the floor and do situps.not all the way up, just enough to put strain on the stomach.
