Go for a walk. The natural rhythm of your walking will calm your mind and you will enjoy the scenery. Don't hit a punching bag, this will add to your stress, especially if you are upset at someone. Last but not least, be thankful for all the good things in your life.

Meditate. Thats the best exercise that can help u to calm down. Breath in and out for 5 times at a very slow phase. that itself will help u to come ou tof stress.
Else listen to soem good song that will help u to come out of stress.

any physical exercise. Whatever exercise you happen to enjoy. Running used to clear my head and give me a runner's "high".
