Bruce Lee should be the one with best fighting tehnique among those four. He is certainly smaller and in total "brute force" weaker than Norris, but his absolutely fascinating and creative Jeet-Kune-Do kung-fu style is superior to Chuck's straightforward Chun Kuk Do karate and he should be able to win that without problems. Jet Li isn't bad also, but Bruce Lee is far better. Jackie Chan is loughable guy compairing to all of them. He wouldn't last for a minute besides any of them

Chuck norris - old
jet li - relatively young, and alive.
Jackie Chan - Love him, but he's old.
Bruce Lee - Dead
I'd say Jet Li wins by side kick to the pacemaker.

Bruce Lee, hands down. Lee was stronger, faster and more powerful than any of the other guys and he could adapt to any fighting situation or condition. That means, he could fight any martial artist because his style was flexible and fluid ("like water"). How would he win? He'll simply overpower and outsmart them.

bruce and jet chase after him
leaving chuck norris who of course won without having to even lift a finger.

BRUCE LEE WOULD DEFINATLEY WIN HIS STYLE IS BRILLIANT JET LI WOULD BE THE MOST CHALLENGING FIGHTER TO BRUCE LEE, JACKIE CHAN IS GREAT BUT HE WENT AMERICAN AND HIS MARTIAL ARTS ARE STARTING TO SLIP, CHUCK NORRIS IS GOOD BUT NOT ALL THAT GIVE ME 2 YEARS AND I COULD TAKE HIM MYSELF
