you should consult your doctor about this problem. You may also try to take a hot shower and drink a cup of milk before bedtime. It might help. You can also take sleeping aid supplement called "MELATONIN". it can assist you to sleep better.

Are you an active person? I found when I started working out or making time for daily exercise during my day I fall asleep straight away!

I had the same problem. Here are some suggestions,
- Change your pillow
- Sleep in clean sheets
- Have a warm bath before bed time
- Sex (lol)

Hope these suggestions will help

Hi,

I have the same routine every night and this works a treat: Lie on your back and put your hands on your abdomen. just watch the rise and fall of your abdomen and put all your awareness there. After 5 mins start to shift your awareness starting with feet... say to yourself "I'm relaxing my feet, my feet are relaxed". Work through your whole body from feet to head. Then start at feet again although I never make a second round... usually take me 5-10 mins to drop off.

In fact, there's about 29 SECRETS :). You don't need them all, just the main ones. Sleep is so important... worth the effort to get it right.
Cheers

You could have a breathing problem like apnea or allergies. See a sleep disorder specialist or a ear, nose and throat doctor. Maybe try a soothing sound and a misting machine.

too many side effects from sleep aids, your body will only rest when it wants to. Don't force it. Ambian really screwed up my sleep pattern, I get 3 hours sleep & sometimes 6. When I die, I will get enough sleep.

Get an Ionic Breeze, or some sort of air filter. Then also take Nyquil. I heard it does work.
