if you do not talk, you cant say u are in a relaltionship mate, let things be for a while maybe she needs time to get used to her time table since ts new, then take action, either

1) talk it out wit her and get used to her being busy and meeting less frequent , ( considering a 1 year relationship is not to throw away )

but if things do not go as planned option 2

2 ) find a new one

Have you talked to her? Sit her down and calmly talk to her, tell her that you are very happy that she found a great job but that you really miss her and you would like to work out a way for you to see her more often. This is the part where you BOTH have to be flexible. No offense to you, I don't know you, but I find that when guys say they want to work in more time what they really mean is they want the girl to rearrange her life around them to work in more time. If this doesn't apply to you then it doesn't. Maybe you could meet up for lunch if you're not doing anything else during her lunchtime, or you could make dinner for her at her house, or she could stay at your house one night and bring the next day's clothing with her.
I don't know what kind of job you have but if you guys really want to I'm sure you could work something out.

It's up to you if you want to continue this. But you need to consider the possibility that she's trying to end it. She may just be trying to avoid the confrontation and thinks if she ignores you long enough you'll dump her.

Ask her if she is happy with your relationship, take it from there.

Confront her and tell her what you feel. Clear up everything, just be ready with whatever happens.
