The follicles that were previously destroyed will not grow back. Because the laser only treats hairs in the active growth mode, your regrowth will be dependent on A) whether all follicles were treated during active growth and B) What % of the active hair follicles were destroyed during each treatment. I believe 5 Tx correctly spaced will hit 99% of hairs in the active phase.

it will depend on where the hair is, the thickness of the hair, how fast it grows, how big the area was.
it will probably grow back less and thinner, but the above factors will contribute to whether it doesnt grow back after 4 treatments at all.
the more treatments u get, generally speaking, the longer u can wait between treatments.

no, new hair cycles can grow back but when u get lazer hair removal, it fries the hair down to the root and no more hair can grow from it, its gone permantly. but your hair grows in cycles, which is why you need to go back several times to get all of it. after 4 treatments you shud be fine, 3 - 6 is recommended.

I have heard it depends on the part of the body. The face is more maintenance than permanent because of the nature of the hair there. Other parts generally stay clear of hair.
