I would like to know your daughter's height. 110+10 or 110-10 could be considered to be healthy weight. As I mentioned weight depends on the height. There are many factors that can effect body weight. Some people have slow metabolism and they do not consume all the calories and as a result of that they gain weight. Your daughter can do something to increase her metabolism such as brisk walking, jogging or any of so many other kind of like activities. If your daughter is very tall then normal and healthy weight could be more than what I mentioned before.

If you are concerned, then get your doctor or practice nurse to check her height and weight.
Parents are often not the best judge of these things!
We can't give you a complete answer because there are so many variables.
My son, 13, is 5'10" and weighs 8 and a half stone. Of course, in an adult, this would be underweight, but in a growing teenager, it's fine.

It depends on the height and build of the person.
But about 54-56 kg would be around the norm.
