What is the difference between itunes 7.0 and 7.2?

My itunes is asking if I want to upgrade to 7.0 Is it worth it? If I stick w/the one I have will it be useless or something? I got my ipod a year ago and downloaded itunes then (so not sure which itunes I currently have). Btw, I've been hearing not too good things about itunes 7.0 Is it true? What's the difference between 7.0 and 7.2 anyway?

7.2 - 7.0 = .2, so the difference is .2

its difference between its upgradation. 7.0 older version and 7.2 newer version.
