No he does not. Angels are spirit beings, not physical entities.

The question is hard since not everyone believes in a Satan and those who do may have a bias. There are of course, as people have already pointed out, more than one way to interpret the question.

If you mean “Does Satan have a physical heart?”, that is a matter of your belief system. We all know that the bible says Satan was an angel but angel anatomy is not discussed. If you say angels don’t have hearts because they are spiritual beings or some argument along those lines you have to remember that God also isn’t a concrete object. So under the same logic God would be heartless and I doubt many people would be OK with that assumption. And if you want to say God has a heart but angels don’t, who are you to make the line between which spiritual beings have hearts :).

Most likely you were talking about a heart as if Satan would have feelings. This is unknown because you can’t argue that Satan is a bad being. No matter how much you love the Bible, you can not claim in good conscious that Satan is evil since your source is outdated. Satan was seen as beautiful by God and was created at least in the beginning to be good (otherwise you imply God created him for the purpose of evil or implying that on creation someone is evil…also an off argument). So if something can change from good to evil, it is possible to become good again. But, if he fell because of greed or wishing to become more powerful, he at the very least cares about himself, and that’s caring.

Satan is just another force, at work in the universe. Does he literally have a heart? I don't really know.

Does he care about people? Obviously. After all, Satan is the one that gave birth to wisdom.

Sorry, I don't think he has a doctor who could tell us that...Anyway, it's nonsense to speak about Satan's heart, because he's not of our nature, he's a completely another type of being.

To have a heart, would mean he would show some type of compassion for people, but he doesn't have a heart.

yes he does, but it has been hardened by pride. He was one of the arc angels, very top of his class. He was the very first praise and worship leader in heaven. he was created beautiful in Daniel, but he fell from grace because of his pride that comes from his heart wanting to be more than God and trying to exalt himself...

with much humility,

You mean literally, in the anatomical sense? I dunno, the Bible doesn't discuss the details of Angel anatomy. But the first answerer is correct in relation to figurative speech.
