waits about 10-20 minutes and drags and meows her toy into the bedroom and drops it...what does this symbolize?

It probably means either a) she loves you and has bought you her favourite toy for you to admire or b) she loves you and wants you to play with her and her favourite toy.
Either way, she love you enough to show you what her favourite toy is :)
One of my cats brings her favourite toy mouse to bed with us all the time. It's just like a kid who has their favourite fluffy toy to sleep with.

My cat does the same, with a real bunny's tail, and she wants me to play with her. Every night, we have shenanigans, which is 15 minutes of mad time, before we settle down to sleep. Cats only play hard for short bursts, then just want to sleep.

She's just attention seeking. Pop her on your bed and give her pats and then both have happy dreams!

I think it means she loves you and wants to show it.
Like when they bring you a dead lizard or mouse. Its a good thing.
