If you are talking about the term "virginity" yes its used for both boys and girls and if you are looking out for a yardstick like the female "hymen" to know if a guy is a virgin or not, there's no clue to it except the fact guys surely are more nervous than girls on their first sexual encounter and nervousness means they wont have a hard rod down there, LOL.

Joke aside. About the term could not agree more. May be not many man still virgin in US but you can easily find one in Asia or Middle East. Good luck.

A virgin is someone who has never had sex, guys included. I don't think there is a way to tell in a guy though like there is in a girl.
