The probability 5 on each throw is 1/6. probability of not 5 is 5/6
The probability to get no 5's =5/6*5/6*5/6=125/216
The probability to get one 5
=1/6*5/6*5/6+
5/6*1/6*5/6+
5/6*5/6*1/6 =3*25/216
If neither 0 or one then you have at least two 5's =1-200/216=16/216=2/27
If you also want to exclude 3 fives subtract an additional 1/216 to get 15/216
