Have a hot milk with honey or a hot chocolate with a sip of rum. You'll sleep like a baby!

I read somewhere that unripe bananas have a certain chemical in then that is suppose to help you sleep.
Havent tried it myself, I usually go for hot milk with Milo.

Lettuce is supposed to help you sleep although I have not tried this one myself!
