what is the best way to gain it? I need to be Heavy Weight for the varsity team and I have big shoes to fill... how do I plan out a workout to make sure I am strong yet healthy?

lift weights, eat an ounce of protein for every pound you weigh, daily. eat big to get big. keep it healthy though.

eat lots of lean protein and carbohydrates supplement with creatine 2 months before yo goal month it will increase yo muscle size

eat more carbs and lean meat. lift heavier weights. will work trust.
