Apples lower bad cholesterol and raise the good. Squash/string beans once a day are good as well. Taking Omega 3 Fish oil pills will lower cholesterol, and cinnamon supplemental tablets as well. Any fresh fish is great as well. Good luck!

Eating Oats (Porridge with low fat milk) will lower cholesterol. Chillies and capsicum also are known to be beneficial. The best thing you can do is reduce fats from your diet, particularly saturated and trans fats. Make sure you get plenty of good fats though by eating certain nuts and canned fish.

I'm not after best answer, but need to pass on to you what did
reduce my bad cholestrol to normal. Best vegetables are:
onions, broccoli, & cabbage which consume more cholestrol in calories during digestion with a meal. To raise Good cholestrol,
best foods are Alaskan salmon, Alaskan Cod fillets & tuna by
having two of these twice a week. Tuna sandwich with light
amount of mayonaise is okay. Best Foods Mayo 80% reduced
fat with green lid is better. Grapefruit burns cholestrol as will
any high in fiber fruit with a lower sugar content. I am not
familiar with the seeds or powder. I do test fine now 2 yrs.
