I searched the world - litterally - for good coffee. It all depends on your own taste. On my travels I came across a small raostery in Portland (OR) called K&F. I was made very welcome in their roastery and was impressed to see them roasting with the suspension method. WOW very expensive way to roast - but the qualitiy is THE BEST. Unfortunatley K&F coffee is not available in my country - so I copied their recipe and roast myself in a small domestic roaster. I use 160grammes of Colombian Excelsio (AA grade) and 25 grammes Uganda Robusta (AB grade ). I roast at 200 celsius for 20 minutes. The result is fantastic.

I hate coffee, but I'd probably just drink any brand. They all taste the same.
