a conservaorty is a non-permanent fixture. It does not usually need planning permission unless you have a grade listed building. Planning permission once granted is valid for 5 years.

Depends on local bylaws I think its a couple of years up to 5 phone the planning dept and ask

Ours were 3 years - I think that's fairly common
