Should I use On instead of In(satisfied IN my creation)?

"I will be here until I am satisfied with my creation" would probably be better, of course I don't know the context in which the sentence exists.

It would be better if you phrase it this way: "I will be here until I am satisfied with my creation."

"with" is correct instead of "in" or "on" but if you want to avoid the passive voice, say "I will be here until I find satisfaction in my creation".
