Always AFTER you exercise. You already have enough stored energy. Any food in your stomach would be unnecessary and if your exercising is strenuous, you'll throw up. Been there, done that.

I think that if you haven't eaten anything yet that morning, it's good to have a small snack before your exercise to give you some energy for your workout.

Think it's more important to do what's comfortable - unless you're an elite athlete it shouldn't make much difference. You can eat Bananas before (and even during) exercise then maybe have something else afterwards.

Def after! If you're really at risk of losing energy then try rehydration drink or simple carbo like bananas but id try and go without. You really wont feel well with food sloshing around inside you!

Ever tried a meal then go exercising? You'll throw up!
I prefer to eat later, because when you work out, your muscles are working, then you eat protein, your muscle will grow.

It depends what you want to burn up.
If you want to burn calories, then eat afterwards.
If you want energy for exercise, then eat before.
