My mom has got high BP. I want to make soup for her but without tomatoes. Can you suggest a recipe that would not raise her BP and doesn't contain fat etc?

Green peas soup is good for your mother since it is low in fat, sodium and high in potassium. The recipe is to boil the green peas with a piece of ginger and pinch of salt from her daily allowance. Blend in a mixer. Boil for 1 minute and serve with a pinch of black pepper and 1 tsp of skim milk.
