How do i install my Flash player without logging in the Administration?

You cannot, because you will not be able to access the Program Files folder in C drive, and flash player installation does not give you the option to change the installation folder. You can try to crack the Administrator account, just restart your computer, then on the login window press ctrl+alt+del twice and type in Administrator at the Username. This will work unless the Administrator account also has a password.

See that the account you work on is not a limited or guest account, you can make a new account with full privilege by going to User accounts in control panel
