I think one of the new co-worker girls likes me, but she has a boyfriend. We made eye contact, but we didn't smile. Than next day we made eye contact again and she smile at me. I saw her at lunch siting by herself and I talk to her. She brought up that she has a boyfriend and saids he's doing bad in school and stuff. That could of been a sign, that she wanted me to asked her out, but I didn't. We talk about other stuff too. Everytime we walk past by each other she smiles at me. She even tries to go on break when I go on break. But I pretend I don't notice that. The other day she asked me while I was on break, if I work on Friday. So it's obvious she wants me to asked her out, but i'm not going to cause she has a boyfriend. If I was interested in her do I show her? Or let her make the moves? We are in our late teens. I don't want to hear about don't date co-workers and etc... It's not like were both going to work there forever.

I think the best thing you can do right now is step back from the situation. You can be her friend but don't plan on being anything more then that right now. She has a boyfriend. She told you she has a boyfriend. If you get involved, then what? You could be him in a couple of months time.

well,for a time now.its a fresh start and you are both on a late teen period...
just think about it, after couple of friday coffee you did really ended up with her.she dumped her boy freind to end up with you and make you, her boy friend.What are the possibilities that you wouldn`t be dumped.The thing is,real life scenario did come across like this..
well, of your view point is that life is full of fun and wanted to take some head over hill moments then rolling down from the rocky hill.cause be sure of it, girl who has BF and ended up with another guy during that relationship can never... never gain trust...or even if she is..the question of being loyal, later came up in the relationship.
you know what take the decision, what do you really want,cause if you ask her once (from the writing of yours it seems like u r liking her, too), I`ll bet be seeing her next time
to be specific see her as a co- worker
cause dude, to tell you one thing after relationship get prolonged, things can get real boring where partners looks for excitement, well to be honest I think she is doing it here, too.

you are sweet for being concern about her other boyfriend. most guys wouldnt care. She obviously showing signs that she likes you or just being friendly. ask her out on a friday as a "friend" to hang out and see if she would like to hang out at the movies or what ever interest you. If she likes, she'll break up with her bf and if she does...there you go. She likes you

The real question is what do you want to do about it? Do you like her? I mean it seems to me she is hinting that she no longer wants to be with her boyfriend. Life is short, if you like her go for it! It's not like she is married, and even if she is, she doesn't seem like she is happy. She definately is expressing interest, so if you feel the same just ask her out

I have to tell this "don't date co-workers" unless u wanna find a new job buddy. Its not easy getting jobs now days. Beside there are lots of women out there they we go out with u

take the chance and ask her out. there is no place for second place. it is possible that she does not have a boyfriend. you could find out the real slow way by helping her out with her homework.
take the chance. do it now. don't wait. take the first step. someone has to.

if her boyfriend is going bad at school, it doesn't mean that she's going to leave him... there is girls who likes badboys you know.... Maybe she just want to have a good friend at work....
i know that you don't want to hear it, but
let work at work.
Cause even if you leave the place. you have to keep a good image, if you do so, for your next employment.
You know your CV....
by experience: work is work - personal life is personal life don't mix it together....
plus she does have a boyfriend, so stay out of it.
there is tons of girls in the world you know....

Sounds like she thinks you're interesting and a possibility to date. If you like her, do your best to charm her without revealing that you like her. If it's meant to be, she'll break up with her boyfriend. For now, just be patient.

while your talking mention you would never date someone who had a boyfriend. she will either stop flirting or she might make a decesion to get rid of the boyfriend who is having problems at school.
