They said it's best to work out 3-4 times a week, and alternate what you do... if you don't do this your body might get used to the exercising habit that you'll slowly decline the rate of your weight loss... and w/ in a month u can probably observe your weight loss by the way your clothes fit. To be sure, keep track w/ a weighing scale.

How fast you'll lose weight? ... it depends, real heavy people tend to lose more weight that average weighing people who just wanna lose a couple of extra pounds.... so if you're almost to the "skinny" weight, then w/ in a month probably less than 7 lbs. And you have to account that you might also gain muscle weight ... it just really depends.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

There is no way for anyone to answer that with any specifics. The only answer is that your body will do what it does in its own time. Everyone's metabolism and genetic makeup is different so you can't compare yourself to anyone but yourself. And be careful with working out so often because you can hurt yourself without enough time for your body to recover. Work with a trainer if you're going to exercise that often to be sure you're doing it properly.

And good for you and your friends to EAT HEALTHY. Don't just focus on looking skinny because if you aren't healthy, there's no point. Please don't do it for solely for looking good to the opposite sex, if you don't love yourself and treat yourself right then you can't expect anyone else to either.

not to be mean but who wants to be skinny? i'd rather be thin and toned than be looking like a emaciated thing. if your naturally skinny then w/e, but if that's your goal when working out then you need to stop reading magazines
