By God it is no Irish thing! You obviously do not properly care for your feet going for days without washing and caring for your stinking feet with the gummy residue between your toes. (Makes a bloke wonder what else is gummy and doesn't get washed!). Your native american physician should should show you the door. What a stinky looney you are.

Wow, I sure hope this is a serious question, because now that I have stopped laughing, I am going to give you a serious answer.
The cream colored gunky suggests a generalized fungal infection to me. Since you mention a doctor, I assume that has been ruled out.
Your best bet is to keep those suckers clean enough to eat with. Wash them every day, more than once a day if you need to. The fact is that some people sweat more than others, and while sweat is not stinky, the bacteria that hooks up with it is. Have you heard of the solid, crystal deodorant thingies? It's made from pure minerals, and I will put a link to their page in here at the bottom, so you can see what I am talking about. You can put regular deodorant on your feet, but this stuff works better than any deodorant I have ever tried. It doesn't stop you from sweating, but it puts down a barrier so bacteria cannot flourish. I put it on my feet in the summer, and I don't get the stinkies, even when I wear sneakers without socks for a whole day. Just put the stuff on after washing your feet, and give it a moment to dry before you put on shoes or socks.
Another thing you might want to do is make sure all your shoes are smell-free. You can put perfectly odorless feet inside of stinky shoes and your feet will smell bad immediately. I recommend either a spray for the inside of your shoes, or better yet, those little deodorizing balls that also help dry the inside of the shoe. They work great. If a shoe is hopelessly stinky, and it isn't responding to treatment, consider getting rid of it as soon as finances allow for a replacement pair, and then keep the new ones from getting smelly right from the start.
Best of luck to you. Oh, yeah, you don't need it! You have the luck of the Irish pulling for you :)
Here's a link to that crystal deodorant. I just buy mine at Walgreens. It's a little more costly than regular deodorant, but it lasts a loooong time:

I swear I'm serious, soak your feet in insane-proof vodka for 10-15 minutes. It kills everything.
Use antibacterial soap in the shower, get new shoes and use a lot of antismell powder. The old shoes have all your sweat and other junk from your shoes mashed in and that's not going to help matters. Mostly you need to keep your feet clean. Even if you don't shower every day, take a few minutes of awkwardness and scrub your feet in the sink. Once a month put some baby powder in your shoes, let it sit over night, and then dump it out. You'll have to do some whacking and/or put up with some dust when you walk for about a day, but it helps keep the smell down.

wash them every day, even if you dont take a bath or shower, stick them in the tub under running water,,,, but i have to wonder, if your not washing them for a few days, are you washing the rest of you? maybe the feet isnt all thats stinky, lol,,,,, sorry,,,,, anyway, what can also work is to soak them in a pan of water, or in the bathtub,,,, just sit on the side of it, put some baking soda in the water,,,,,,, finally, since dead skin can build up, washing them good using either a washcloth or a soft sponge or brush will work great

Get some odor foot powder for your feet. Also try some warm salt water. Also for the shoes use a downy or snuggles drysheet to try to make the shoes smell better.

Sounds like it could be yeast type infection. Try soaking them in warm water with tea tree oil added and the dry them thouroughly. Do this once or twice a day. Once they are dry use an antifungal cream between your toes at least.

get a pedicure, first and after every shower use foot power or baby power on your feet and put power in your shoes, your feet may be white but maybe they will not smell.

Probably sweaty feet.
You need to research fight or flight.
If you get your confidence up it could help.
