Well i know how to get abs but my real question is....How does a person prevent themselves from getting a "gut 6 pack". Thats the only way to describe it. When a persons stomach still bulges out but in 6 pack form. I've heard it has to do with no sucking in your stomach when you do abworkouts. I've also heard it is caused by doing ab workouts using heavy weights?
does anyone know what causes this and how to prevent it?
